Adjuster Knob

Dust Boot

• High Quality Rubber Dust Boots with integral Bump Stop
- Available for both 14mm and 20mm Piston Rod diameters

Locking Nut

• High Tensile Steel Locking Nut and Sleeve
- M12 x 1.25 thread. Suitable for all YCW Suspension Upper Mounts and Piston Rods

Spring Perch

• Forged Upper and Lower Spring Perches
- Strong and Lightweight, our Forged 6061-T6 Upper Spring Perches are Hard Anodised for superior Corrosion Resistance
- Upper Spring Perches are available with and without our Sealed OEM-Style Thrust Bearing
- High Quality Sealed OEM-Style Thrust Bearing removes rotational stress from the upper mount and is sealed from the elements
- Unlike our competitors that use regular Radial Ball Bearings, our Thrust Bearings rotate in parallel to the upper mount and will not cause catastrophic chassis damage should it fail
- Strong and Lightweight, our Forged High tensile Carbon Steel Lower Spring Perches are Zinc Coated for superior Corrosion Resistance
- 1pc Locking Collars, providing secure and hassle-free adjustments

Locking Collar

• Forged 6061-T6 Hard Anodised Aluminium Locking Collars

Damper Body

• 52mm OD Cold-Drawn Japanese SAE 1020 Seamless Carbon Steel Shock Body
- Offers superior physical properties and strength-to-weight ratio over lesser manufacturing processes
- All Shock Bodies include a 250hr Salt-Spray Test Certificate
- Available from 180mm to 300mm lengths

Top Cap

• 44mm OD High Tensile Steel Top Caps
- Available for both 14mm and 20mm Piston Rod Diameters
- Can only be used in conjunction with our Seal Blocks

Piston Rod

• Forged SAE 4140 Chromoly Steel Piston Rod
- Strong and Lightweight, our Piston Rods offer a substantial increase in tensile strength over lesser-quality rods, significantly increasing product safety
- Available in both 14mm and 20mm Diameters, from 85mm to 150mm lengths
- Our 9-Level Rebound Adjuster is available separately
- Proprietary Bleed Needles and Jet Valves from the USA are available which significantly increases fluid control sensitivity between adjustments
- Shim Stack Locking Nut. This should be torqued to approx. 21ft-lbs

Seal Block

• 44mm OD Forged 6061-T6 Hard Anodised Seal Block
- Available for both 14mm and 20mm Piston Rod Diameters

Piston

• 44mm OD Forged 7075-T6 Hard Anodised Aluminium Double-Digressive Piston
- At lower shock speeds (Cornering), our DBO Piston™ maintains a higher damping force, offering increased responsiveness and stability
- At higher shock speeds (Bumps), our DBO Piston™ maintains a lower damping force, offering increased comfort and control
- A custom-valved set of shims (4 sets) is available should you wish to re-valve your damper(s) to a different spring rate

Floating Piston

• 44mm OD Forged 6061-T6 Hard Anodised Aluminium Floating Piston
- Strong and Lightweight, our Forged Floating Pistons are Hard Anodised for superior Corrosion Resistance

End Cap

• 44mm OD Forged High-Tensile Steel End Caps with Schrader Valve
- Allows convenient loss-free fine-tuning of Nitrogen Pressure
- Gone are the days of using a Nitrogen Needle + Self-Healing Rubber, which are prone to leaking

Due to the nature of For Race Use Only products, YCW Suspension will provide a limited 1 year warranty on all Wear Parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt of product and time of professional installation. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer/installer to verify the suitability for installation. Parts returned must be determined by YCW Suspension to be defective before any warranty credit or replacement is issued

YCW Suspension obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges

Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. YCW Suspension shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor

YCW Suspension shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty

There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above
